Our team of Wedding Coordinator Specialists are there for you from the moment you start planning your wedding through the conclusion of the big event. Depending on the size or your wedding, your team will consist of a minimum of three people. Our Wedding Coordinator will oversee all the details of your wedding right from the start. Our Assistant Coordinator will be aiding you with any needs that may arise on the day of your wedding. We also provide a security/parking officer to help facilitate your guest while parking and provide additional support as needed.

Rehearsal Rehearsals are necessary to when the wedding plans include music and a formal entry of the bridal party. Your Wedding Coordinator will be there to provide instructions and ensure that all according to your wedding plans. The rehearsal allows all participants the opportunity to walk through the event prior to the day of the wedding. The entire wedding party should be available to participate in this event.   Bridal Dressing Room Preparing for the big event is an event in and of itself. We have a beautiful bridal room perfect for you and your bridal party as you prepare yourself for your big day. Plenty of room for a photographer to catch the excitement as you await your big moment.

The Groom, Groomsmen and Ushers also have a separate area for their convenience.
